Standard items ship within 10–15 business days.

Custom or made-to-measure kilts may take 3–4 weeks for crafting before shipping.

Where do you ship to and what are the costs?

We ship worldwide using DHL and FedEx.

Free Shipping: Applies to orders totaling over $300.

Flat Rate Shipping: Orders under $300 incur a shipping fee of $15.

Can I expedite my order or get rush delivery?

Yes, rush orders (production + shipping in 7–10 days) are available for an extra fee.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes—once shipped, you will receive a courier-provided tracking code via email.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy on kilts?

Custom-made garments are non-refundable, unless they arrive with manufacturing defects.

Can I return or exchange accessories or regular items?

Yes, standard items (e.g., sporrans, belts) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they are unused and in original packaging.

How do I initiate a return or report a defect?

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

You may cancel before production begins. Once manufacturing is underway, cancellations are no longer possible.
