This is the Traditional Scottish acrylic kilt.  This kilt is made from acrylic fabric and will give you a great kilt for a low price.  The acrylic kilt is perfect for any situation like ren faires or Scottish festivals where a wool kilt may get damaged or dirty.  It is machine washable so it is much easier to clean than a typical wool kilt.  While traditional kilts are made from wool, the acrylic kilt gives you an affordable option that is not cheap looking or just a costume.  While most wear these kilts for in-formal occasions, we have sold these to many to use for weddings and other formal situations when budgets did not allow for a more expensive, wool kilt.  This is the perfect kilt for those unsure if wearing a kilt is for them.
